Providing SME business owners with a platform, tools and support structure to work ON their business to drive sustainable growth. Monthly group session, followed by a 1 hour 1-2-1 coaching session later in the month to follow up and support you.

accelerateNEbusiness is a consultancy-led strategic support service for SME businesses who are looking to grow or have a challenge they need help overcoming.
The business is led by Rory Whaling who has nearly 30 years of varied business experience, with 10 of these in the corporate banking sector. Rory’s aim is to bring clarity to a business owner’s vision.
He helps clients achieve their vision through coaching and mentoring on a personal level. His key skills include business coaching, strategy, financing, sales and marketing and people strategy. His key client outcomes are business growth and improved profitability.
Rory has a flexible approach and can either work on a specific project, or on a regular basis in the form of business coaching. Rory brings focus, ideas and energy to the relationship, with the focus always firmly on the clients agenda. He is not afraid to challenge where required to achieve the business owners vision.

Rory Whaling was born and grew up in South Africa, leaving when 21 years old to forge his own path in the world. He landed in London with £10 in his pocket and a duffel bag of clothes and has built his life from there.
He has forged a successful career, from running his own photographic business, to helping build an IT support business in the Dot Com era, to working in the corporate banking sector for 10 years before going back to running his own business as a consultant.
Rory is skilled at viewing businesses on a holistic basis, which enables him to identify problems and recommend solutions. This approach helps him achieve his key aim – delivering value to his clients.
Rory’s interests outside of business include photography, Scuba diving and running. He also enjoys kitesurfing on the beautiful North East coast. He has recently achieved a lifelong goal of gaining his private pilot’s licence. Rory is also the chair of governors at his local primary school and a trustee and treasurer at two local charities.
